It was collected in May/June 2012 when preparing for a
presentation at CIPANP.
A short summary is found in the according
proceedings article.
The process of making it a more complete and better digestable collection is still ongoing.
I appreciate any kind of suggestions, additions and pointing out potential mistakes.
Further information could also be based on websites or conference talks when no other input can be obtained, however, I will mostly
continue to fill the gaps using direct input from the respective colleagues. Projects which provided input got
access to the password protected information. If approved by the project the information can also be made publicly available.
